The Jameson Dublin International Film Festival unveils a new promotional campaign for the 2010 programme.  At its heart will be the iconic image of the director’s chair, first introduced three years ago to symbolise the festival

’s ability to attract the very best movies from the four corners of the globe.

The main campaign will feature outdoor advertising (including special build hoardings), radio, press and an epic new TV commercial – created by Cawley NeaTBWA the Dublin based advertising agency.

It features directors’ chairs transforming from one iconic filmic image into another as they make their way through a city to their ultimate destination – an idealised cinema.

Emma Donnellan, brands’ director with Irish Distillers Pernod Ricard said:  “This is our eighth year as sponsor and we look forward to a great festival in 2010.  Jameson has extended its commitment to the sponsorship of the festival until 2012,” said Emma.
