SuperValu swept the board at the recent Blas na hÉireann Irish Food Awards , winning 103 awards - the most ever achieved since the competition's inception

SuperValu, Ireland’s leading grocery retailer, won an eye-popping 103 awards at the annual Blas na hÉireann awards in Dingle, Co. Kerry, including 29 awards for its own brand products and 74 for its Food Academy producers.

Overall, SuperValu products won 39 Gold awards, 39 Silver and 25 Bronze awards – the most ever achieved since the awards were established nine years ago.

Martin Kelleher, Managing Director, SuperValu said,

“We are absolutely delighted to win so many awards this year,” said Martin Kelleher, SuperValu’s managing director. “These awards are the ultimate endorsement of our commitment to sourcing the very best quality, local produce for our customers.
