New senior appointments to the management team at Primeline Group have been announced by chief executive officer, Tim Cummins.

Sean McNaughten takes on the role of managing director, Sales and Marketing, at the leading logistics and supply chain management business.

McNaughten has a background in retail and beverages, working for multinational companies including ExxonMobil and Heineken. Having held sales, marketing, planning and strategy roles with Heineken in New Zealand, Ireland, and in the Netherlands, Sean McNaughten was most recently responsible for Heineken Global Duty Free and European Export from Amsterdam.

A graduate of Victoria University of Wellington and Massey University in New Zealand, McNaughten delivers commercial leadership and accessible organisational planning through clear strategy and authentic communication.

Nikki Mullin

Nikki Mullin is the newly appointed group HR director at Primeline Group.

Previously head of HR for B&Q on the island of Ireland for eight years, Nikki Mullin has 17 years’ experience supporting companies in the successful delivery of their people strategy. A UCD graduate, with post-graduate HR and Leadership qualifications from National College of Ireland and Sheffield Hallam University, Mullin’s industry experience spans retail, manufacturing, FMCG and supply chain, from SMEs to multinational operators.

Nikki Mullin specialises in business transformation, values-based culture change, organisational design and building high performing teams.

Employing over 1,000 people, Primeline Group, which incorporates Primeline Logistics and Primeline Sales and Marketing, is a premier end-to-end logistics, sales, marketing and storage provider, operating across the Irish and UK markets.

Client principals include Woodies DIY, Mars, Nestle, Coca-Cola, Bic, Tayto, Phillip Morris and Whirlpool, in a business with over 30 years’ experience working with leading domestic and international brands, businesses and retailers.
