RTC delivered to Ballymun as part of Safer Ballymun initiative
As part of NOffLA’s ongoing commitment to helping communities tackle alcohol misuse at a local level, its Responsible Trading in the Community programme was delivered to off-licence staff from outlets in the Ballymun area recently as part of the Safer Ballymun initiative, organised by the Ballymun Local Drugs Task Force and Gardaí.

The course was well-attended and the feedback was very positive from all involved.
“The RTC course is very informative and covers all areas and scenarios in the sale and refusal of sale of alcohol,” said Aldi’s Sharon Smith, “We intend to include this information in the training of new staff and refresher training of existing staff”.
