Roe & Co launches new Signature Blend Irish whiskey, crafted for versatility and approachability at €29 with nationwide rollout this March

Roe & Co Irish Whiskey has recently announced the launch of its newest expression, Roe & Co Signature Blend Irish Whiskey.
Crafted as a vibrant and inviting entry point to the world of Irish whiskey, this new contemporary bottle, blended at 40% ABV, offers a smooth, versatile, and accessible experience for adults.
Designed to welcome both the whiskey connoisseur and those discovering Irish whiskey for the first time, its meticulously developed flavour profile ensures it excels as a great whiskey for mixing in simple drinks, while remaining equally enjoyable neat.
Inspiration
Inspired by George Roe’s pioneering vision for accessible, quality whiskey, Roe & Co’s new Signature Blend is a crafted fusion of hand-selected high-quality grain whiskey, sourced from esteemed partner distilleries across Ireland, expertly combined with rich malt whiskey distilled at the Roe & Co Distillery.
This considered approach ensures consistent quality and a unique flavour profile.
The entire blend is then aged in bourbon barrels, imparting a sweet flavour profile with rich notes of caramel, baking spices, and vanilla, complemented by subtle hints of charred peaches and stone fruit.
Its dedicated blending team brings decades of expertise to this craft, skilfully balancing depth and the distinctive Roe & Co character.

With a RRP of €29, Roe & Co Signature Blend will rollout nationwide including at the Roe & Co Distillery in Dublin 8.
To mark the St. Patrick’s Festivities and to celebrate the newest expression, the team at the distillery will be hosting Irish Coffee workshops running from 16 March to 18, featuring its new Signature Blend and offering an unparalleled opportunity to craft and enjoy this iconic cocktail with a fresh, exciting twist.

Tasting notes:
• Nose: caramel, vanilla, cinnamon and stone fruit.
• Palate: hints of caramel, baking spices and vanilla, subtle notes of charred peaches, with a woody tannic dryness.
• Finish: the texture develops from silky and warming into a dry tannic finish, with lingering hints of burnt sugar and stone fruit.
