Origin Enterprises announce Scott Cawley takeover

Origin Enterprise have recently acquired the ecological consultancy, Scott Cawley.

The international group will be acquiring a team of over 30 or more people adding to Origin’s already existing 240 or more staff members

On Monday, 7 April, Origin Enterprises announced in an official statement that they were acquiring Scott Cawley Ltd.

Scott Cawley Ltd are specialists in ecological consultancy and have provided survey and impact assessment services for over 20 years.

Origin’s portfolio

The agronomy service providers portfolio has recently been expanding its portfolio as it adds the ecological consultancy to its ranks.

TJ Kelly, divisional managing director of Living Landscapes said: “With significant expertise and strong relationships across both the public and private sectors in Ireland, Scott Cawley will complement and strengthen our existing ecological consulting and advisory services portfolio”.

Aebhín Cawley, CEO and founder of Scott Cawley said: “The strategic fit of our nature positive, purpose-driven company with Origin’s core Living Landscapes strategy presents a really exciting opportunity for me and my team”.

This acquisition furthers Origin’s aims for Living Landscapes to represent 30% of the operating profit by the end of the 2026 financial year (FY).
