Nicola DeBeer appointed to FMI board

Nicola DeBeer has been appointed to the board of directors at FMI Ltd, one of Ireland’s principal field management companies. As part of her new role, DeBeer will head up the Field Sales Business Unit overseeing the management of several high profile accounts including Electric Ireland. DeBeer will also take a proactive role in developing the strategic direction of the company. In addition to responsibility for divisional performance, she will use her human resource skills to develop staffing and development for a business with more than 1,000 employees on its books.
DeBeer joined FMI as an account manager in 2006 moving swiftly to the position of account director in 2007. During this time she was responsible for successfully setting up the sales sector for FMI and managed a team of sales, merchandising and promotional staff working with a variety of sectors and clients including Glanbia Consumer Foods, Jacob Fruitfield, Meteor and UNICEF.
