In its March edition, the magazine awarded it 90 points and the magazine’s editors also chose the wine as one of the ‘Daily Wine picks’ or featured wines of the day.

The Wine Spectator has consistently praised Marques de Casa Concha Chardonnay – a wine from the Limari Valley made by winemaker Parcelo Papa – as one of Chile’s best Chardonnays. Ten of its vintages have scored 90 or more points which confirms it as one of the most solid and consistent brands in its segment worldwide.

The previous vintage, Marques de Casa Concha Chardonnay 2010, was included in Wine Spectator’s influential list of Top 100 Wines of the Year 2012 while the 2009 vintage not only scored 90 points but was featured by the same publication in 2011 as a ‘Smart Buy’, a ‘Wine of the Week’, one of ’13 Attractive Wines from Chile’ — and it was also included in the ‘100 Outstanding Values’ list for 2011.
