Core Media predicts increase in Ireland’s advertising spend
A 3.3% increase in advertising spend during 2017, resulting in overall spend of €915m, is being forecast by Core Media, Ireland’s largest marketing communications group. This increase will mark the fourth consecutive year of growth in advertising investment levels in the Republic of Ireland.
The figures are contained in ‘Outlook 2017’, an annual document produced by Core Media which forecasts spend for the next 12 months across a variety of media, including Television, Radio, Print, Online, Sponsorship and Out-of-Home. The report also outlines the key developments and important issues that will impact the industry this year.
Teeling Whiskey unveils third edition of Revival Single Malt
Teeling Whiskey has unveiled its latest edition of “The Revival”, a limited edition commemorative Single Malt. The Revival Volume III is being released to celebrate the 18-month anniversary of the opening of the Teeling Whiskey Distillery in Dublin’s south inner city, and is limited to only 10,000 bottles.
Revival Volume III consists of a 14-Year-Old Single Malt Irish whiskey distilled in 2002 and bottled at 46% ABV with no chill filtration to complete “an Irish whiskey of true character.”
