More than 25 years after it was first established, Ireland’s Biggest Coffee Morning for Hospice, in association with Bewley’s returns this coming September 20. The call is out for homes and businesses across Ireland to host a coffee morning on that day, in order to raise vital funds for their local hospice and homecare services.

As demand for these services grows every year, last year’s event raised a much-needed €1.7 million. This year, as before, special coffee packs for participating groups will be available to purchase in stores nationwide from mid-August, when the event’s official launch takes place. These packs will retail at €3.99.

Last year’s event was supported by a wide range of celebrities including Brendan and Domhnall Gleeson, Keith Duffy, comedian Mario Rosenstock, Fair City star Celia Murphy and many more. Together, they helped encourage people to host one of more than 4,000 coffee mornings.
