IFP now 3rd-largest C&C shareholders

Independent Franchise Partners (IFP) has become the third-largest shareholder in the C&C Group after Invesco on 7.29per cent, upping its stake to 6.04 per cent recently through the purchase of three million more shares.

The financial details of the hedge fund investment were not made known.
C&C’s half-year results are due on 19th October.
