Fresh The Good Food Market, led by MD and founder Noel Smith, has opened an impressive new 7,000sq ft store at Dublin’s Capital Dock.

They say a picture tells a thousand words and as the new branch’s in-store photographs show, a premium, luxurious look and feel has been achieved throughout this Instagram-worthy store.

As MD Noel Smith told ShelfLife however, while the innovative design is high-end, the store team were conscious of offering strong value for money throughout.

Unique features include the Fresh juice bar where customers can pick up both made to order and self-serve juices, The Fresh Kitchen self-serve offering and retro ice cream concept, as well as a plush seating area complete with leather booths, reminiscent of an upmarket hotel lobby.

In a nod to the building’s previously planned incarnation as The U2 Tower, a photograph of Bono and his fellow bandmates is displayed on the wall alongside blooming floral decorations.

The store also features a range of otherwise hard-to-find products and brands, such as Tony’s Chocalonely and Pietra Bio Pasta, to name just a couple of those on offer.
