Flogas extends Team Ireland tariff
In celebration of Team Ireland's success at Paris 2024, Flogas extends its Dual Fuel ‘Team Ireland’ tariff

Flogas has announced the extension of its Dual Fuel ‘Team Ireland’ tariff until the Paris 2024 Games conclude on the 8 of September.
For every new sign-up or customer renewal to the Flogas Dual Fuel ‘Team Ireland’ tariff, Flogas will donate €20 to the ‘Make a Difference Athlete’s Fund’. As part of this initiative, Flogas has already donated over €75,000.
Essential financial support
This contribution will play a vital role in ensuring that Team Ireland continues to shine on the world stage, building on the legacy of success from Paris 2024.
Established by the Olympic Federation of Ireland (OFI), this fund provides essential financial support to coaches, training partners, and other sport science service providers who are helping Irish athletes qualify for the Los Angeles 2028 and Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic Games.
“The generous Flogas donation will empower athletes by providing financial support for essential resources like coaches, training partners, and sport science services—key elements in the pursuit of Olympic qualification,” said David Gillick, Olympian and Flogas brand ambassador.
This fund is a crucial avenue for those who need additional backing, especially in areas where no current funding exists. It directly supports the performance journey, ensuring that athletes have the necessary tools to excel on the world stage.
“It is a real credit to everyone there how they are going above and beyond by providing additional support for our athletes’ Make a Difference fund through the Flogas Dual Fuel ‘Team Ireland’ tariff,” said Peter Sherrard , chief executive, Olympic Federation of Ireland.
This has already provided €75,000 which will help so many OFI athletes to offset some of the high costs of competing to be the best in the world.
