Each of Fever-Tree’s premium tonic waters are created using quinine of the highest quality from the ‘Fever Trees’ of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) which is developed to perfectly complement the various flavour categories of gin.

Fever-Tree Perfectly Paired G&Ts

The Classic G&T

  • 50ml classic London dry gin, such as Bombay Sapphire
  • 150ml Fever-Tree Indian Tonic Water

To Garnish: A Fresh Twist of Lemon

The Raspberry & Rhubarb G&T

  • 50ml sweeter sloe gin, such as Tanqueray London Dry Gin
  • 150ml Fever-Tree Raspberry & Rhubarb Tonic Water

To Garnish: A Handful of Fresh Raspberries

The Citrus G&T

  • 50ml citrus & herbaceous gin, such as Dingle Gin
  • 150ml Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water

To Garnish: A Slice of Fresh Grapefruit


Step One: Fill your glass to the top with large ice cubes – the more ice, the longer your drink stays refreshingly cool.

Step Two: Pour over a measure of gin followed by your perfectly paired Fever-Tree tonic water.

Step Three: Add your garnish to finish and enjoy.

Spritz It Up with Fever-Tree

  • 50ml of vodka or tequila
  • 200ml of Fever-Tree Mexican Lime Soda
