Aislinn O'Toole and Lia Stokes at Weir & Sons' special Dublin Horse Show eventWeir & Sons on Grafton Street was the location for the social launch of the 2017 Dublin Horse Show, which takes place August 9 – 13 at the Royal Dublin Showgrounds. The event was first held here in 1868 and has gone through many changes and expansions over the years.

RDS chief executive Michael Duffy welcomed guests including model Aoife Walsh, stylist Judy Gilroy, publisher Norah Casey and last year’s winner of “Dundrum Town Centre Best Dressed Lady” Claire Murphy, who travelled up from Kerry for the event.

Guests enjoyed drinks supplied by Cassidy Wines, canapes and took plenty of selfies with the famous Aga Khan trophy.

Weir & Sons are responsible for cleaning and engraving all the Dublin Horse Show silverware, much of which was on display on the night.
