Crosta Mollica’s is made by artisan bakers, who hand-top each signature ‘leopardised’ sourdough base with a pizzeria recipe tomato sauce, Fior di Latte mozzarella, a little Parmigiano Reggiano cheese – and a finishing sprinkle of Sicilian oregano.

Stromboli Sourdough Pizza (RRP €6.00)
