Circle K offering free coffee to Irish emergency services on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

Circle K has announced that it will provide free ‘Simply Great Coffee’ on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day to employees of An Garda Síochána, Fire Service, RNLI, Coastguard, Army, Defence Forces and the National Health Service at Circle K stores nationwide, excluding Circle K Express sites*.
The offer is one of a series of measures that Circle K has introduced in the last few months to give special recognition to those going above and beyond on Ireland’s frontlines.
Throughout both days, members of the emergency services can avail of a delicately blended Simply Great Coffee of their choice, whether that’s a classic Americano, a frothy Latte, a textured Flat White or even a Hot Chocolate. According to Circle K, each barista style cup of Simply Great Coffee has been enriched with freshly ground beans and completed with sweet and smooth undertones, creating a robust taste.
“While this festive season will be like no other, many of us will take holidays and relax after a challenging year,” said Joanne D’Arcy, director of market development at Circle K Ireland.
“As we still enjoy Christmas traditions that we look forward to, our emergency services will continue to work hard to make many lives better,” she added. “It is important that during Christmas, we support the people of Ireland who are keeping the country moving right now. We hope that our gesture of a free Simply Great Coffee will make the lives of those heroic members of our community working on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day a little easier, if in a small way.”
