C&C gets Gleeson go-ahead

C&C Group has received clearance from the Irish Competition Authority to proceed with the acquisition of M&J Gleeson (Investments) and its subsidiaries (the ‘Gleeson Group’). Accordingly the Group is now able to proceed towards completion of the acquisition.
