The launch of Carroll’s range of Pre-packed Sliced Meats has seen Ireland’s favourite deli ham become available nationwide for the first time. 

The launch campaign has successfully positioned the unique qualities of the range of hams which are slow cooked and all carry the Bord Bia Q Mark. 

To further reinforce the company’s values, Carroll’s has launched its new advertising campaign emphasizing the traditional craft and patient approach used in making its range.

The new advert entitled “The Apprentice” sees a young man learn the craft from master butchers who have perfected their skills over many years. Carroll’s states this is its company’s essential message, which is already resonating in shops throughout Ireland.
