Award-winning seafood producer Carr and Sons Seafood Limited has launched a new range of ready-to-eat seafood products.

According to general manager Declan Power, the new range is based on extensive market research.

“Research shows that the Carr and Sons Seafood brand continues to be the first choice with the majority of shoppers,” he said. “We have identified a gap in the market and are introducing the first in our new range, the Hot Smoked Sensation, to satisfy the needs of our loyal customers.”

With its unique characteristic blend of flavours associated with the Carr and Sons name, the company says Hot Smoked Sensation is an ideal finger food for special occasions such as formal evening parties or social gatherings with family and friends. Its timely launch has been executed to coincide with our long summer evenings for events such as these in mind.
