Carlsberg top spender on outdoor in August

Carlsberg Lager spent the most on outdoor advertising in August with a spend of €379,054 at ratecard, according to Posterwatch from the PML Group.

Heineken Lager came third with a spend of €339,928, below Meteor’s Top Up Offer.

At €238,053 Miller Genuine Draft’s spend took it into seventh place for the month while Bulmers Light took ninth place with a spend of €209,196 and 7UP Free took 10th place on €199,877.

Below these brands were Smithwick’s at €172,639, WKD at €157,211, West Coast Cooler Citra at €127,411, Guinness Hurling at €108,450, Bulmers Pear & Berry range at €103,973, Guinness’s Arthur’s Day Celebration at €82,753 and Eve at €82,100. Altogether the total spend from the above groups was over €2 million.

Beers & Ciders again took the top sectoral spot for outdoor spend with a total spend for the month of €2.219 million. Soft Drinks came in sixth position spending €774,502.
