Sales of Argentinian wine increased by 14.7% MAT to September 2012 in volume, with value sales for the same period increasing by 18.2% according to AC Nielsen.
Nevertheless, total market share for Argentine wines on the Irish market is still relatively low with total case sales of just 91,000 in 2011 or 1% of a nine million case market. But the indications are that Argentina has the potential to increase its market share further in 2013.
