The National Lottery confirmed earlier this afternoon that all retail and online systems are once more fully operational again, following technical difficulties this morning.

The retail network was restored and lottery sales resumed at 12.45pm, with the online systems up and running again shortly afterwards.

Players have been reminded by the National Lottery to buy their tickets in-store or online to be in for a chance to win tonight’s €12m jackpot before the 7.45pm cut-off time.

RGDATA said the National Lottery first made it aware of the problem this morning.
