Accolade’s Tom Wallis to head UK & Irish sales

Following the sale of the European division of Constellation Wines to Champ Private Equity for €216 million (Au$290m), the division has been renamed Accolade Wines.

The UK and Irish arm’s Sales Director is to be Tom Wallis. Accolade Wines’ range now includes such brands as Hardys, Banrock Station, Kumala, Fish Hoek and Echo Falls. Accolade Wines also holds a 50 per cent interest in one of the largest UK alcoholic beverage wholesalers, Matthew Clark.
