Halloween ‘Spooktacular’ comes to Dunnes Stores

Dunnes Stores has teamed with banana importer Fyffes to host a day of ‘spooktacular’ in-store activity at a number of its outlets throughout the country. Participating stores are Ennis Town Centre outlet on 27 October; Jetland Shopping Centre, Limerick (27); Bishopstown (28); Donaghmede (29); Blanchardstown (29); Cornelscourt (30) and Tallaght (31). Activities designed to entertain mums, dads and little ones alike will include a colouring competition, tasty treats and giveaways, complimentary face painting and a visit from popular children’s character ‘Freddy Fyffes’ himself.

YellowBelly Beer schedules release of animated short film that documents origin story behind brand’s comic character.

Irish brewery YellowBelly Beer will release its very first animated short-film on Thursday, 25 October 2018 via a mass digital screening event. The five-minute animation explains the origin story behind the much loved brewery mascot with the aim of introducing beer drinkers to the world of YellowBelly Beer and giving those already familiar with the brewery a deeper understanding behind the artwork of their favourite Irish beer.
