2014 Hospitality Industries Exhibition – largest since 2008

The biennial Hospitality Industries Exhibition is targeted at owners and proprietors interested in developing the attributes of their product offering.

Perhaps reflecting an uplift in our economy the 2014 Hospitality Industries Exhibition looks set to be the largest since 2008, taking up to three halls in the Main Hall of the RDS, Dublin, on February 4th and 5th next year.

Off-trade

Hall 1 contains Hospitality Expo with over 100 stands in five different zones.

Hall 2 has been booked by Stonehouse – Ireland’s leading independent wholesale group for its highly successful annual trade show.

Hall 3 will accommodate the annual Chef Ireland event organised by The Panel of Chef of Ireland.

The main event in Hall 1 already includes a comprehensive range of exhibitors in the following zones:

Tech Village – including Tech Talks with Google and other leading Social Media providers, online, digital and mobile marketing, booking and review services, POS technology and WiFi.

Style and Structure – including premises design and fit-outs, furnishings, hotel room makeovers, facilities management, energy saving and waste management.

Skills, Training and Recruitment Village – including one-to-one mentoring, free consultancy advice, on- and off-site training and recruitment.

Equipment, Suppliers and Services – including catering and food preparation equipment, back bar and cellar equipment, refrigeration, washers, extraction, hygiene systems, disposable, janitorial equipment, waste management, order-taking and service systems.

The Beverage Village – with Cocktail Competitions, Craft Beers and the Wine Academy.

Clubs & Entertainment – including nightclub and entertainment systems, amusement equipment, music providers, lighting, DJ consoles and large screen TVs.

The biennial Hospitality Industries Exhibition is targeted at owners and proprietors interested in developing the attributes of their product offering. It has been bringing buyers and sellers together at the RDS for over 20 years with up to 200 exhibitors and 6,000 trade visitors producing excellent business results for exhibitors and supported by both leading suppliers and many of the industry’s principal trade organisations.
