“Deskfast” in Dublin, unless travelling to the UK when it’s breakfast at the airport.

Knorr Season & Shake – a great easy way to make tasty meals for my family.

I like to shop local – SuperValu Mount Merrion and my local butcher John O’Reilly.

Decathlon sports stores

Jedward – they are Marmite, love them/hate them!

Fear of mice and rats

My three beautiful children

Pop – loving those X Factor nights in.

Being near extended family, and never far from the sea.
