“Deskfast” in Dublin, unless travelling to the UK when it’s breakfast at the airport.

By car (and plane for days in the UK office!)

Evening time – I’m a night owl.

Knorr Season & Shake – a great easy way to make tasty meals for my family.

I like to shop local – SuperValu Mount Merrion and my local butcher John O’Reilly.

Being near extended family, and never far from the sea.
