2 pubs subject to Closure Order in July
Whelan's Bar (kitchen and food storage area only),14 Denmark Street, Limerick and Rosie O'Gradys pub’s kitchen area, Main Street, Borris In Ossory, Laois, were both the subject of a Closure Order last July by EHOs under the FSAI Act 1998 and the EC (Official Control of Foodstuffs) Regulations 2010.

They were two of 12 Closure Orders and one Prohibition Order served on food businesses that month making July one of the highest in 10 years for the issuing of Enforcement Orders by the FSAI.
