12% increase in liability claims in 2010

FBD Insurance recorded a 12 per cent increase in liability claims in 2010 compared to just three per cent in 2009 in the licensed trade, “mainly due to slips, trips and a noticeable increase in assaults,” as part of the claims pattern, stated John Reid, Area Manager for FBD, at the Annual LVA Lunch recently.
