World of Coffee: Even the water is the best
As plans for Dublin's first-ever World of Coffee event march onward, more details are coming through about what visitors can expect from the large-scale event

At World of Coffee, set to take place from 23rd – 25th June at Dublin’s RDS, visitors will have the opportunity to sample a variety of water produced using different “water optimisation solutions”, at the BWT Water Bar.
According to coffee purists, different water qualities can have a strong influence on the taste of coffee, and so the BWT Water Bar will offer visitors the chance to sample coffees made with different types of water.
BWT water+more was the first water optimiser to use differently filtered waters in cupping. “When combined with different coffee blends and roasts, it is an extremely interesting and informative taste experiment that puts our concept of multidimensional water optimisation to a very practical test,” explains Michael Hübner, sales director for Germany at BWT water+more.
Dr. Frank Neuhausen managing director of BWT water+more in Germany, also revealed that a number of exhibitors requested to use BWT Water+more at their own stands. “We have arranged an additional dispensing station for other companies to avail of” he said . “That means everyone will be able to access perfectly optimised water from BWT water+more.”
The BWT Water Bar can be found at stand F20 at World of Coffee.
