Despite supplies of certain Unilever products being resumed by Musgrave at SuperValu and Centra stores, ice cream brands remain subject to the dispute.

RTÉ News reports products that are still affected include Ben & Jerry’s, Carte D’Or, Magnum, Cornetto, and HB Viennetta.

In a statement Musgrave said: “Our negotiations with Unilever are continuing. Supply of certain products, where there is no proposed cost price increase, has resumed.”

SuperValu and Centra retailers have been told not to order the affected products, although Unilever brands including Lyons Tea, Hellmann’s Mayonnaise and Marmite are unaffected.
