Four SuperValu stores have been placed on the market as a classy “SV4 collection”, as seen in adverts placed in national newspapers this week. The four stores – the Kilbarry Centre in Waterford along with Lucan, Ranelagh and Rathgar in Dublin – are cited as “Ireland’s premier supermarket collection” with a current passing rent of €5.38m per annum.

The collection contains 38 commercial units and 12 residential apartments, making a combined total of 22,945sq. m. The guide price in the advert is in excess of €80m, and interested parties are invited to contact Savills Ireland for more information at savills.ie.
