  An all-new Ben & Jerry’s, non-dairy flavour line-up is set to arrive into Irish supermarkets later this month. Fans will be able to dive deep into a decadent tub and experience all the chunks and swirls Ben & Jerry’s is known and loved for, but this time in a vegan-certified, almond-based indulgence. Non-dairy and vegan consumers alike will be able to participate in a truly indulgent ice cream experience, enjoying two classic Ben & Jerry’s flavours as well as a Non-Dairy exclusive flavour, Peanut Butter & Cookies.

The Power of Balance with new Avonmore Balance Milk

Avonmore has launched its new Avonmore Balance milk, aiming to help consumers achieve that all-important balance. Avonmore Balance is a low fat milk, fortified with extra protein, iron and vitamins to help put back in what life takes out. Avonmore Balance has 30% more protein than standard milk to support muscle development, while added iron helps guard against tiredness and fatigue. Fortified with folic acid for maternal tissue growth during pregnancy, Avonmore Balance also has added Vitamin C to aid iron absorption and help immune function, while Vitamin D helps absorb calcium – making it easier to maintain life’s equilibrium.

One4all set to bring smiles to lots of faces with donation to the CMRF Giggle Fund

One4all has announced that its Shop4Crumlin charity campaign has raised €31,190 for the CMRF Giggle Fund – a fund dedicated to brightening the little lives of patients in Our Lady’s Children Hospital, Crumlin. The Giggle Fund, created by CMRF Crumlin, the principal fundraising body for the children’s hospital, aims to brighten the days of each and every child facing a stay at the hospital. Be it for fun, games or educational activities, these funds will help the hospital relieve the pressure of a hospital stay for both patients and their families. The funds will also be used to help patients celebrate special occasions such as St Patrick’s Day, Easter, Christmas and birthday parties.

Mac Ivors Cider Co celebrates winning a National Trust Fine Farm Food Award

Mac Ivors Cider Co has been announced by the National Trust as a winner of the 2017 Fine Farm Food Awards presented at BBC Countryfile Live at Blenheim Palace. Mac Ivors Cider Co, which produces its Traditional Dry Cider, Medium Cider and Plum and Ginger Cider at its orchards opposite Ardress House in County Armagh, was named as a 2017 produce winner.

Maxol Newport Road, Westport recently hosted ‘Let’s Do Lunch!’ to highlight the exciting food offers available from Maxol’s own speciality sandwich menu, Moreish, and the Carvery Sandwich Shop. The store treated customers to a free lunch as well as samples from Bewley’s delicious new summer range  and the Carvery Sandwich Shop.
