Mace has launched its brand new ad campaign entitled 'Going the Extra Smile', which kicked off with a TV advert earlier this month.

Mace’s latest ad campaign, subtitled Going the Extra Smile, has launched with a comprehensive TV, radio and advertising programme, accompanied with digital and social media activation and in-store promotion.

According to the company, the upbeat and colourful campaign has been designed to “visually transport viewers into a vibrant and uplifting world” and encourages customers to embrace their “Mace face”.

The campaign also incorporate a special St. Patrick’s Day offer which will run from 13 – 19 March.

Alex Banahan, sales director for Mace, said he was very excited about the new campaign. “We’re hoping to provide some enjoyable entertainment that will lift the mood of customers. The Mace brand is centred around excellence in customer service and always going the extra mile with a smile – which is what we’ve tried to achieve with this campaign.”

Mace’s “Going the Extra Smile” campaign was a collaboration between BWG, advertising agency Ogilvy and production house Piranha Bar.
