Iceland offering 10% discount to members of Irish emergency services
Exclusive discount for members of Ireland's emergency services will be available from Thursday, 26 July until Sunday, 30 September

Iceland will be offering a discount with a difference over the next couple of months, through launching an exclusive 10% discount for all members of the Irish emergency services.
In a press statement, the frozen foods specialist said the emergency services go above and beyond, often putting themselves in harm’s way to continually provide the highest levels of service and care to the Irish public.
In recognition of this, from Thursday, 26 July to Sunday, 30 September, Iceland Ireland will be offering an exclusive 10% off for all members of the emergency services in each of its 23 stores throughout Ireland.
Employees of An Garda Síochána, Fire Service, RNLI, Coastguard and National Health Services, will receive an exclusive 10% off their shopping at all Iceland stores by showing valid photographic ID at the till.
“This discount is Iceland’s way of giving a little something back to the people who work so hard to keep our community safe and protected daily,” managing director Ron Metcalfe said of the exclusive discount.
