size from 0 to 3,000 sq ft. Nominees will be judged on a range of criteria to

throughout Ireland. The winner of this award will have a proven track record in understanding and meeting the needs of their customers while ensuring that they run a profitable organisation for their employer. |

This award will be presented to the person who can demonstrate their expertise in managing their department. A thorough knowledge of all the aspects of the successful running of their department will be the basis of the judging coupled with the department’s performance. This award category is open to multiple, symbol and independent managers. |

This Award will be presented to the team that operates to the highest level of store standards. Nominees will be asked to submit details of initiatives that have increased customer satisfaction over the past year. Such initiatives must clearly show the involvement of all members of the team working in the store. This award category is open to multiple, symbol and independent managers.
