Good Prospects for 47th ISM
The 47th edition of ISM, the world's largest trade fair for sweets and snacks, will take place in Cologne, Germany over four days later this month.

ISM, the world’s largest trade fair for sweets and snacks, is setting course for its 47th edition and the signs are very good. From 29 January to 1 February, around 1,600 exhibitors from 65 countries are expected, from top-tier companies to smaller and medium-sized companies.
Furthermore, industry newcomers, who are daring to take the plunge on the big trade fair stage, will be presenting their products and services in the Newcomer Area. The supporting programme is setting further highlights among others with the New Product Showcase, the Expert Stage and the Cologne Coffee Forum.
ProSweets Cologne – the international supplier fair for the sweets and snacks industry – will be staged parallel to ISM once again in 2017.
Coffee and other hot drinks like tea and cocoa drinks have been a fixed part of ISM’s offer since 2015. They are not only considered to be a perfect companion to chocolate and biscuits, they also enhance the range of exhibits of ISM in an ideal way.
