Centra enters the world of coffee capsules
Domestic coffee machines have become a household essential over the past number of years, and Centra is the latest brand to introduce a range to go with the immensely popular Nespresso machines.

As convenience stores explore new ways of evolving and becoming more than simply stops for simple quick shops, Centra has introduced a new range of coffee pods for use at home. Centra Coffee Capsules are priced at €1.99 and have been developed in conjunction with some of the world’s finest coffee producers to bring fine and responsibly derived coffee to its customers.
The Coffee Capsules come in three flavour varieties:
- Smooth Lungo: Medium roasted Arabica blend with caramel tones is 100% Arabica beans from Brazil, Columbia and Honduras with a strength rating of 6
- Classic Espresso: Round-bodied with a light caramel nutty aroma, this blend is a combination of Arabica and Robusta beans, dark roasted to release their unique flavour and a rating of 8
- Intense Ristretto: Centra has gone the extra mile for the “intense” Ristretto blend, with Arabica and Robusta beans heavily roasted and carefully combined for a delicate flavour and a strength level 10.
Further to the capsule offering, Centra has also introduced a number of recipes including Nutty Chocolate Coffee, Coffee Cream Cocktail and Vietnamese Iced Coffee. For more information on all these products visit centra.ie.
